Terms of Use

This is a convenience translation. The Portuguese version is the official one and prevails in case of any discrepancy.
1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using any feature of Kore, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you don't agree, do not use the platform.
2. What Kore is
Kore is an AI-powered resume optimization platform. It analyzes your resume against specific jobs, calculates an ATS score, and suggests text improvements to increase semantic compatibility — always preserving your professional authenticity.
The platform offers the following main features:
- ATS Score — a compatibility analysis between resume and job, calculated across 8 dimensions: semantic compatibility, keyword matching, coverage of mandatory requirements, impact metrics, seniority fit, experience recency, resume structure, and desirable soft skills. The same scoring engine applies to all plans.
- AI optimization — assisted rewriting of resume descriptions to increase compatibility with the job, preserving factual data.
- Application kanban — an individual board to organize and track applications. There is no collaboration or sharing feature with other users.
- Professional personas — profiles configured by the user (e.g., "Senior Backend", "Tech Lead") used as a parameter in optimizations.
- Export — export your resume to PDF, DOCX, PNG, and JSON. Available on all plans, with no limit.
- Resume versions — each accepted optimization generates a new version, which can be viewed and restored at any time.
3. Your account
- You are responsible for keeping your access credentials secure.
- Each account is strictly for personal use — sharing access with third parties is not allowed.
- Reselling credits or access to the platform is not allowed.
- If abusive use or a violation of these terms is detected, we may suspend or terminate the account.
4. Your data and content
Your resumes and data belong to you. Kore uses the content you submit solely to provide the requested services (parsing, analysis, optimization, and job matching).
We don't use your resumes to train our own AI models, nor do we sell your content to third parties.
Each time you accept an optimization, the system automatically creates a new version of the resume. You can restore any previous version at any time.
The application kanban is an individual feature — the stored data (companies, jobs, notes, next actions) is private and not shared with other users of the platform.

5. What the AI does — and what it never does
Kore's AI can:
- Rewrite descriptions of experiences and skills to improve clarity and semantic compatibility with the job
- Suggest relevant keywords based on the analyzed job
- Adjust the tone and structure of the text
- Translate the resume when the language doesn't match the job's (optional, configurable)
Kore's AI never changes:
- Start and end dates of experiences or education
- Names of companies or educational institutions
- Positions held
- Any factual information — only the descriptive text is optimized. You review and accept or reject all changes before saving.
6. Plans and available features
Kore offers two plans: Free and Pro. Monthly limits reset every 30 days.

Features may change with prior notice by email. Prices and billing cycles are available on the subscription page inside the app.
7. Credits, payments, and refunds
One-off credits
- One-off credits don't expire and can be used at any time.
- One-off credits are not refundable for voluntary withdrawal.
- If the AI fails after consuming a credit, the credit is automatically returned.
- One-off credits are automatically activated when the plan's monthly quota runs out.
Pro plan — billing and cancellation
- The Pro plan can be canceled at any time in the account settings.
- Cancellation is immediate — access to Pro ends at the moment of cancellation, with no grace period until the end of the paid cycle.
- PIX payments expire in 24 hours; boleto expires in 3 business days.
- Credit card data is tokenized by Mercado Pago in your browser and never passes through Kore's servers.
Service limitations
- We don't guarantee results in hiring processes. Kore increases your resume's compatibility with ATS systems and with the job, but the hiring decision is always the employer's.
- The AI's suggestions are recommendations — always review the result before using it in an application.
- The service may have occasional downtime due to maintenance or technical failures.
8. Prohibited conduct
It is prohibited to use Kore to:
- Create resumes with false information (dates, companies, positions, academic degrees)
- Automate requests in a way that overloads the platform
- Attempt to access other users' data
- Any illegal activity or one that violates third-party rights
9. Account termination and deletion
Deletion by the user
You can delete your account at any time in the profile settings. Deletion is permanent and immediate.
What is removed:
- Resumes, jobs, and all optimizations performed
- Configured personas and skills
- Application pipeline (Kanban)
- Payment data (CPF, phone, address)
- Unused one-off credits
- Your access account (email and password)
What is kept by legal obligation (Brazilian tax and payment-method legislation):
- Financial transaction history (purchases and charges)
- Subscription records
After deletion, the removed data cannot be recovered.
Suspension by Kore
Kore may suspend or terminate your account, with or without prior notice, in cases of:
- Violation of these terms
- Fraudulent or abusive use
- Activities that endanger the security of the platform or other users
10. Liability
Kore is not responsible for:
- Professional decisions made based on the optimizations generated by the AI
- Results of hiring processes
- Indirect losses arising from temporary unavailability of the service
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the services in the last 30 days.
11. Changes to these terms
We will notify you of relevant changes by email in advance. Continued use of the platform after the new version takes effect implies acceptance.
