Questions about billing and security
Which payment methods do you accept?
Credit card, PIX, and boleto (Brazilian bank slip). Card and PIX payments are approved instantly; boleto takes the usual clearing time. Everything is processed securely by Mercado Pago.
Is my card data protected?
Yes. Payment is processed end to end by Mercado Pago, with PCI security standards. Your card data never passes through or is stored on our servers. Learn more in our security policy.
Can I request a refund?
Yes. You have a right of withdrawal: a full refund within 7 days of purchase, under Article 49 of the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code. On top of that, if an optimization doesn't improve your ATS Score, the credit used is refunded automatically — you only pay for what works.
What's the difference between the Pro subscription and one-off credits?
Pro is a recurring subscription with a monthly quota of optimizations and jobs, ideal for active job seekers. One-off credits are a one-time purchase, no subscription: you buy only what you need, they never expire, and they work alongside any plan.
Do credits expire?
No. One-off credits have no expiration date and remain available in your account even on the Free plan. Each credit is worth one resume optimization.
Can I cancel the subscription anytime?
Yes. The Pro plan has no lock-in or penalty — you can cancel anytime, right from your account settings. Any one-off credits you've already bought remain yours.
Why is the price so low?

Do I need a card to get started?
No. You create your account and use the Free plan without entering any payment method. A card (or PIX/boleto) only comes in when you decide to subscribe to Pro or buy credits.
