Automatic refund
If an optimization doesn't improve your ATS Score for the job, the credit used is automatically returned to your account. You only pay for what works.
Card data protected
Payments are processed by Mercado Pago. Your card data is tokenized by the provider and never passes through or is stored on our servers.
Your resume is yours
We don't sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes. You can export or delete your information at any time.
Refund policy
Each optimization consumes one credit. At the end of the process, we compare the ATS Score before and after for the selected job.
- If the score does not increase, the credit is automatically returned to your account — no request needed.
- Purchased one-off credits don't expire and can be used with any plan.
- Subscriptions can be canceled anytime, with no penalty or lock-in. Access stays active until the end of the period already paid for.
Payment security
All payment processing is handled by Mercado Pago, a PCI-DSS certified provider. Card data is captured and tokenized directly by the provider. korecv only receives a charge token and never has access to the full card number.
Your data
Your resumes, jobs, and optimizations are used solely to provide and improve the platform's services. We don't sell your information.
You control your data: you can export it as PDF and DOCX and delete your account whenever you want. For full details, see the Privacy Policy and the Terms of Service.
